Best cleaning services in Puchong

Why it ranks first

Empire Cuci Puchong pairs a near-perfect rating across 339 reviews with a reputation for pulling old, stubborn stains out of carpets and sofas that other services couldn't fix. Pickup and delivery to your door, quick drying and a scent that doesn't linger have built enough trust that schools and religious centres book them for washable carpets on a repeat basis.

Pros

• ✓Removes tough, long-set stains from carpets and sofas
• ✓Pickup and delivery service to your door
• ✓Fast drying with a fresh, non-lingering scent
• ✓Careful handling that avoids damaging fabric

Why it ranks second

SPT Cleaning Services has been running out of Puchong Perdana since 2009 and shows up in reviews as the go-to for post-renovation cabinets, ceilings, drawers and curtains that other cleaners skip over. Mr Suresh's team responds fast to last-minute jobs and sends progress photos and video while working, with some full jobs wrapped in 2.5 to 6 hours.

Pros

• ✓Thorough on hard-to-reach post-renovation grime
• ✓Fast response to last-minute booking requests
• ✓Progress photos and video updates during the job
• ✓Fair pricing adjusted to the actual scope of work

Why it ranks third

RNT Fabric Cleaning Services holds a perfect rating across 52 reviews, a smaller base than the two above it but backed by named technicians (Ashok and Kelvin) with client relationships stretching back five years. Reviewers describe fast turnarounds on everything from small area rugs to full-home jobs, with visible results on sofas, curtains and mattresses.

Pros

• ✓Same-day or rapid scheduling available
• ✓Named technicians with multi-year client histories
• ✓Handles small single-item jobs and bulk work equally well
• ✓Visible stain removal on sofas, curtains and mattresses

Why it ranks fourth

Luxe Union runs a bag and footwear spa with UV disinfection, colour correction and custom leather repair, and most of its 205 reviews describe items coming back looking near-new with regular updates along the way. It's a different niche from home or fabric cleaning, built around handbags and shoes rather than carpets or sofas.

Pros

• ✓Fast collection and turnaround, including international pickups
• ✓UV disinfection for mould and odour issues
• ✓Regular updates while your item is being worked on
• ✓Considered good value despite mid-to-premium pricing

Why it ranks fifth

Alpha Cleaning Services keeps a perfect rating across 42 reviews from repeat clients across Puchong and Kinrara, with the same crew returning for fortnightly plans as well as one-off post-renovation and move-in/move-out jobs. Pros

• ✓Same crew returns for recurring bookings
• ✓Fair rates on both deep cleans and ongoing plans
• ✓Covers specialised work: marble polishing, post-renovation, sofa steam cleaning
• ✓Day-before confirmation with same-day availability

Post-renovation deep cleans with an optional formaldehyde treatment draw consistent five-star mentions.

Pros

• ✓Book cleaning, aircon and moving together in one job
• ✓Named, experienced supervisors on each booking
• ✓Quick app booking with live progress updates
• ✓Post-renovation deep cleans with formaldehyde treatment option

Why it ranks eighth

Lavo Cleaning Services covers 176 reviews of generally punctual, methodical work that reaches neglected corners other cleaners miss. It sits lower here mainly because a handful of reviewers describe missed spots, unannounced staff substitutions, or a redo after paying RM300, alongside the largely positive majority.

Pros

• ✓Consistently on-time arrival
• ✓Efficient, experienced staff
• ✓Strong attention to overlooked areas
• ✓Responsive to specific customer requests

Why it ranks ninth

JSM Lorry Transport is a moving company rather than a cleaning service, but it turns up in this data set with 110 reviews describing on-time arrivals and careful handling of fragile goods under lead mover Ravi. It's worth knowing about if a cleaning job coincides with a move, since the team also dismantles and reassembles furniture at quoted prices with no surprises.

Pros

• ✓On-time arrival across multiple relocations
• ✓Fragile items wrapped and handled with extra care
• ✓Will dismantle and reassemble partitions and fixtures
• ✓Transparent, quoted pricing with no surprise add-ons

Why it ranks tenth

Kleen Asia is IICRC-certified and handles floor-to-ceiling curtains and multiple furniture pieces in a single visit, with 185 reviews naming Dinesh and Lisa for responsive follow-up on stain removal and odour work. Coverage spans KL and Selangor with WhatsApp quoting for quick scheduling.

• ✓Named technicians (Dinesh, Lisa) known for detail and follow-up
• ✓Handles full-house, multi-item projects in one visit

Why it ranks #11

Optimum Steel Engineering isn't a cleaning company at all: it manufactures and installs hot-dipped galvanised and FRP water storage tanks to BS 1564 standards for contractors and developers. It appears in this category's data with 20 reviews praising its direct-factory model, custom sizing, and punctual delivery across the Klang Valley.

Pros

• ✓Direct factory manufacturer, no middlemen
• ✓BS 1564 compliant, SIRIM and Jabatan Bomba certified fabrication
• ✓Custom sizing in Imperial or Metric specs
• ✓Reliable delivery and logistics for large installations

Why it ranks #12

Halo Home Cleaning holds a perfect five stars across all 15 of its reviews, with staff Indra and Jasmine named for courtesy and one reviewer recalling the team cleaning two floors in two hours and returning cash left behind. It's a small operation, so the sample is thin, but what's there points to careful, honest work.

Pros

• ✓Punctual and efficient on-site
• ✓High attention to fabric and detail work
• ✓Named, consistently reliable staff
• ✓Honesty flagged directly by a customer

Why it ranks #13

Ultra Cleaning HQ has by far the largest review base here (730), and named technicians like Jimmy and Xuan get repeat bookings for thorough, ISO-certified deep cleans and formaldehyde treatment once they're actually on-site. The catch is getting to that point: booking and messaging is described as slow and sometimes evasive, and post-renovation jobs in particular have seen quality not match what was promised, though the business has offered free redos when that happens.

Pros

• ✓Specialist deep-cleaning and formaldehyde treatment
• ✓Named technicians with loyal repeat customers
• ✓Willing to redo unsatisfactory work at no charge
• ✓Wide Klang Valley and Johor coverage

Why it ranks #14

Pros

• ✓Spot cleaning on single items, not forced whole-piece pricing
• ✓Photo and video updates during the job
• ✓Owner personally handles or oversees the work
• ✓Same-day or urgent bookings accepted

Why it ranks #15

Mama Jo Launderette has kept customers for 12-plus years on dry cleaning, laundry and leather restoration, with owner Mama Jo and staff like Stephanie and Nick offering direct consultation before taking on tricky leather pieces. It sits lower here because a couple of reviewers report leather bags coming back with cracking or altered texture after restoration attempts, a real risk worth discussing upfront on expensive items.

Pros

• ✓12+ year relationships with repeat customers
• ✓Direct owner consultation before restoration work
• ✓Same-day to 3-day turnaround on standard items
• ✓Delivery available on larger orders
