Correct, dispute, or remove your listing

PJ Cleaning Service Guide lists cleaning businesses across Klang Valley with scores built from public Google reviews. We apply one consistent scoring method to every business, and we apply it to data pulled from public sources. Your listing is free to add and free to keep. Payment has no bearing on scores or rankings, and never will. This page explains how to correct your business information, challenge data we used to build your score, or ask for your listing to be removed. The full rubric is published under how we score.

Fixing business details

Your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or service offerings can be corrected when you give us the right information paired with proof we can check. Proof might be a link to your Google Business Profile, your own website, or a business registration document. Once we verify and apply a correction, it stays in place through future data refreshes. We do not revert corrected fields back to earlier information.

Challenging your score or summary

Scores are not hand-edited on request. A score dispute is a claim that the underlying data is faulty: your listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were wrongly linked to your profile, or a summary of what reviewers said does not match what they actually wrote. We re-examine the sources you flag and regenerate your listing from the corrected data. A dispute is not a way to request a higher score.

Removing your listing

We remove listings for businesses that have permanently closed, duplicates of the same business, or services outside the directory's scope. Listings that are accurate and in scope will not be removed, and we will say so plainly. Our monthly re-verification also catches permanently closed businesses and removes them on its own.

How fast we respond

Every request gets an acknowledgement within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. Requests we decline include the reason why.
