All 19 reviews award five stars. Reviewers consistently note quick turnaround, complete stain removal, and fresh-smelling results, especially for mattress cleaning. Staff professionalism and friendliness are mentioned repeatedly; one detailed account praised the team's ability to restore a curry-stained mattress to near-new condition.
Job Enrich places trained, vetted maids into homes across Selangor and has kept customers for 8-20 years. Their staff conduct interviews and handle paperwork with care. One reviewer noted a manager named Encik Sharf followed up after placement.
V Clear Services delivers dependable cleaning across residential and commercial spaces, with reviewers consistently citing fast response times and commitment to deadlines. The team earns trust through clear communication and hands-on management, making them a straightforward choice for contract cleaning arrangements.
When the team shows up and has the right equipment, they deliver solid results: post-renovation jobs get two walkthroughs, staff stay attentive to details, and five-star reviewers feel well looked after. But half the one-star reviews cite no-shows or cancellations a day before, rushed work that leaves dust and missed corners, staff who forget basic tools (buckets, glass wipers) or use client belongings without permission, and management that dismisses complaints instead of fixing them. The business splits sharply: experienced crews like Rin earn praise for thoroughness, while inconsistent teams and operational failures undermine trust. Pricing runs RM120 for standard cleaning plus RM42 for materials; customers expect either skilled, complete work or a genuine resolution when things go wrong, and many feel they get neither.
Cleanruum delivers standout shoe cleaning on its best days, earning trust from repeat customers impressed by restoration quality. But service consistency falters: some shoes and caps leave still dirty, urgent orders miss deadlines, and damage claims get dismissed, leaving those affected feeling the premium pricing does not match delivery.
All five reviews are five-star, though detail is limited. Customers praise friendly staff, including Mrs Kumari, and report satisfaction with the cleaning work delivered.
Staff deliver thorough deep cleans for homes and offices with consistent professionalism. Customers report lasting satisfaction, flexible add-on services, and fair rates across multiple years of engagement.
One reviewer praised the service as quick and efficient, with skilled staff. Review volume is minimal, so broad confidence is limited.

Five-star reviews from two years ago praised thorough work and fair pricing, but recent one-star reviews report a stark collapse in service quality and serious breaches of trust. Multiple complaints cite staff theft (some documented on CCTV), management refusal to take responsibility, scheduling disruptions, and poor responsiveness once customers signed longer contracts. The gap between initial trial quality and contracted service troubles customers most. Early clients report staff communicated well and brought their own vacuum and ladder. Newer complaints focus on broken commitments and dismissive handling of serious allegations. The 2.2 rating reflects deep customer dissatisfaction in the past year.
