Flying Carpets
Customers consistently praise the breadth of carpet styles, from machine-made to handwoven pieces, paired with staff who take time to explain differences and help match rugs to homes. Named staff members Faris and Mohamed Anees stand out for patient, knowledgeable guidance without pressure. The business also offers cleaning and restoration; one buyer reported excellent results a year after purchase. A single harsh experience involving a refusal to answer a question about labeling raises a concern about consistency, though it remains an outlier among 185 reviews. Service spans residential selection, installation, resizing, and cleaning. Delivery and setup are noted as reliable. The business operates nationwide from their Bangsar showroom and claims over two decades of experience.
