Carpet Village sells quality rugs and offers carpet cleaning, with a loyal customer base praising staff knowledge and product range. Most reviews highlight satisfying purchases and accommodating service at the Bangsar shop, though one complaint concerns their advertising methods.
All six reviews award five stars. Customers praise on-time arrival, thorough cleaning, professional attitude, and fair pricing across residential and office jobs in the Klang Valley area.
Reviewers consistently praise staff members by name, especially Tari and Erna, for thorough, fast work and courteous service. A small number report inconsistent quality on repeat bookings and timing mismatches when cleaners start before the scheduled slot. The business operates across Bangsar and surrounding areas with certified credentials. Most praise focuses on individual staff reliability and detail-oriented cleaning, though one reviewer flagged that quality dropped after initial visits and that early arrivals created confusion about service scope.
