Are cleaners punctual?

Most reviewers report punctuality. One reviewer noted the cleaner sometimes arrives before the booked time and begins immediately, which created confusion about service expectations.

Can I request the same cleaner each time?

Reviews show customers are assigned specific cleaners (Tari, Erna, Antya, etc.) and often request them by name. However, review evidence does not confirm whether you can formally request the same cleaner for future bookings.
