Most clients find Mr Problem fast to book and arrive on time. Hassan and his team stand out for explaining work clearly, finishing jobs thoroughly, and asking transparent prices. One customer hit a communication wall trying to reach them for ceiling work, though this is isolated against the strong pattern of responsiveness in other reviews. Services span aircon cleaning and maintenance, deep house cleans, ceiling repairs, and mattress work across Klang Valley. Prices start low (RM90 for basic aircon service, RM150 for house cleaning), and staff rarely surprise with add-on costs. Several customers name Hassan and Aziz by name as skilled and polite.
All six reviewers gave five stars, citing fast turnaround, affordable rates, and clean carpets that smell fresh. Limited detail available, but repeat customers suggest reliable service.
