Limited review evidence shows a business troubled by poor customer service. Past clients report rude interactions with the owner and staff, abrupt phone disconnections when seeking help, and withdrawal of maids without support. One older review credits the agency with historical trust, but warns that current office conduct may damage that reputation.
Most customers report strong cleaning outcomes with named staff like Kak Novy, Wati, and Septin earning repeat praise for care and thoroughness. A vocal minority cite scheduling disruptions and one serious allegation of theft; the business's handling of the latter complaint appears to have left the customer dissatisfied.
Most customers report fast, professional work that leaves carpets, sofas, and curtains visibly cleaner and fresher. Reviewers consistently name Dinesh and Lisa for responsiveness and attention to detail. Price complaints focus on post-quote changes; most satisfied clients find rates reasonable for the scope of work. A small cluster of no-shows and communication lapses stand out against overwhelmingly positive experiences. Kleen Asia handles large projects (multiple furniture pieces, floor-to-ceiling curtains) efficiently in single visits. Their sofa and mattress cleaning draw particular praise for stain removal and odor improvement. Service areas span Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, with easy WhatsApp quotations. The business holds IICRC certification and lists post-renovation and eco-friendly cleaning among its services, though these did not feature prominently in recent reviews.
