Reviewers consistently praise attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to take on short-notice jobs. One serious complaint involved a damaged sink, incomplete work on toilets and window grills, and defensive communication that soured the experience; the business declined further discussion. The service covers residential deep cleans, upholstery work, and renovation aftermath. Pricing is structured by square footage, hour count, and crew size, with post-renovation jobs typically running 4 to 7 hours.

Reviewers consistently noted punctuality, professionalism, clear communication from booking through completion, and willingness to tackle overlooked areas. The team (boss Lim and Mr Khang mentioned by name) earned praise for patience, attentiveness, and treating newly finished spaces with respect.
