Most bookings deliver spotless homes with diligent, friendly crews who arrive on time and work fast. Deep cleaning packages draw consistent praise for thoroughness. However, two serious incidents cast doubt: one customer reported missing jewellery and money during service with subsequent calls ignored; another reported missed appointments and poor response times. Trust and accountability issues undermine the otherwise strong technical work. Staff turnover or vetting gaps may explain the range. When service goes well, customers return and recommend. When things go wrong, resolution appears absent.
