Best for
Homeowners needing reliable house and office cleans; experienced staff names suggest loyal repeat customers.

Business data from Google Business Profile, checked 2026-09-20. Facts from the business's own website were fetched 2026-08-29.

What reviewers think

Most bookings result in fast, attentive work, especially when experienced staff like Susi, Puja, or Charles lead the job. Post-renovation cleans sometimes disappoint: plaster stains linger, windows are left marked, and rushing through multi-day jobs leaves corners unfinished. A handful of no-shows or late arrivals (over an hour) suggest scheduling or staff coordination gaps. Better-managed jobs cost more but deliver visible results; poorly supervised ones feel like they prioritize payment over completion.

The business excels at quick residential turnovers and deep office cleans when staffing is adequate. Named technicians earn consistent praise. The weak points are inconsistent post-reno execution, occasional manager absence during jobs, and a few instances of negligence (dirty water, cigarette debris). Pricing for premium services sometimes underdelivers, and follow-up on complaints has been slow.

  • on-time arrival
  • quality finish on difficult jobs
Watch-outs
  • slow or insufficient workers
  • missed or delayed appointments
  • poor supervision and manager accountability
  • post-reno work quality inconsistent
  • overpriced relative to results

Fabric cleaning (mattresses, sofas, carpets) earns solid marks from satisfied repeat customers in the Klang Valley; staff are described as friendly and reliable. Newer clients report disappointment when promises made during sales visits-full-house cleaning with multiple staff in one hour-do not materialize on service day, leaving customers feeling the price does not justify what they receive.

Most five-star reviews praise the crew's friendliness and willingness to show up in bad weather, but a string of one-star complaints describe last-minute cancellations, multiple postponements, and staff who arrived late or didn't show up. The quality gap is stark: five-star reviewers report a "decent job" and thoroughness; low-raters found surface-level cleaning only, missed areas like sofa undersides and window exteriors, and part-timers who lacked training. Pricing disputes and refusal to rebook or compensate add friction.
