One five-star review praises neat, thorough work at reasonable rates with hardworking staff. Limited review evidence available.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Reviewers consistently praise absCuci for carpet and sofa results that clearly show dirt removal and restoration. Staff respond quickly to last-minute requests, explain their work readily, and charge fairly. Service extends from in-home cleaning to pickup-and-delivery for larger items like carpets and mattresses.
Ridzma Carpet Cleaning consistently delivers results that surprise customers: carpets scheduled for disposal come back looking fresh and new. Staff handle pickups and returns reliably, respond quickly to calls, and bring genuine care to each job. The business also cleans sofas, mattresses, and office furniture across homes and commercial spaces in KL and Selangor. Reviewers notice the smell and finish, praise the team's friendliness, and return because prices feel fair for the quality they receive.
Most customers report thorough, quick cleaning that leaves homes looking new. Teams are friendly and professional, with pricing reviewers call fair and reasonable. One significant complaint: a cancellation at the last minute with no prior warning despite confirmation checks, which the reviewer felt showed poor accountability. For ongoing jobs, staff come back regularly and book easily. The owner responds quickly to enquiries, and most appointments go smoothly. That single no-show stood out as a major lapse in communication and professionalism.
