One reviewer highlighted the quality of carpets available at the warehouse. Evidence is limited to a single review from six years ago.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Both reviews are five-star, praising the owner and pricing. Evidence is limited; one review explicitly concerns rug retail rather than cleaning services.
Across 104 five-star reviews, customers report sofas that look as good as new after deep stains vanish and staff treat furniture with care. Myo Thway, Randy, and the wider team are known for moving quickly without cutting corners, pricing fairly, and often offering discounts for satisfied clients.
Most visits result in spotless homes completed on time by efficient, detail-focused teams who go beyond standard cleaning-washing windows from outside, vacuuming curtains, cleaning inside wardrobes and machines. One severe incident involving alleged theft of jewelry by a cleaner, with the company refusing accountability weeks later, stands as a serious trust breach that undermines otherwise strong technical performance across the majority of jobs. The bosses Jin and Chriz are named as friendly and responsive; fair pricing and fair pricing are repeatedly noted; post-renovation work is specifically praised. However, the single 1-star review documents a troubling pattern: slow work, items moved to random places, staff requiring constant direction, and most critically, missing jewelry that the company declined to investigate or compensate.
