Most visits result in spotless homes completed on time by efficient, detail-focused teams who go beyond standard cleaning-washing windows from outside, vacuuming curtains, cleaning inside wardrobes and machines. One severe incident involving alleged theft of jewelry by a cleaner, with the company refusing accountability weeks later, stands as a serious trust breach that undermines otherwise strong technical performance across the majority of jobs.
The bosses Jin and Chriz are named as friendly and responsive; fair pricing and fair pricing are repeatedly noted; post-renovation work is specifically praised. However, the single 1-star review documents a troubling pattern: slow work, items moved to random places, staff requiring constant direction, and most critically, missing jewelry that the company declined to investigate or compensate.
Reviewers consistently report knowledgeable staff and thorough duct cleaning with visible results. The team provides detailed before-and-after documentation and uses EPA-approved disinfectants. A significant caveat: the business primarily serves commercial and industrial sectors, not households, despite its directory listing under residential cleaning.
Staff treat garments carefully and customers reward them with repeat business and five-star ratings. Friendly team members earn specific praise for going extra miles, from sewing buttons to removing tough stains. Pricing stays reasonable across laundry, dry cleaning, and restorations. Staff member Con is singled out repeatedly for genuine attentiveness and problem-solving. The launderette handles carpet, upholstery, leather restoration, handbags, and shoes, plus laundry services. Turnaround is quick. Customers return often, noting the combination of care, speed, and fair value.
Lady Brite delivers consistent five-star results across residential cleaning jobs. Reviewers praise the team for being on time, detail-focused, and responsive, with staff like May regularly going further to help with ironing and laundry.
