Team tackles post-renovation chaos with genuine care, moving items thoughtfully and clearing debris others miss. Staff arrive on time, complete jobs efficiently, and keep prices fair for the scope of work. Sofa, mattress, and bathroom cleaning all earn consistent praise for attention to detail.
WeClean's technicians tackle tough upholstery stains with visible results and keep customers updated when delays occur. Named staff like Khalid and Mr. Shukor earn consistent praise for knowledge and courteous service, with easy booking and homes staying clean long enough to recommend to friends.
Only one five-star review is available. The reviewer noted good service, but detail is limited. The business operates across Klang Valley and offers carpet, residential, and commercial cleaning.
For years, Big Family Cleaning earned trust for thorough, detail-oriented work that left homes spotless. Staff were punctual, polite, and attentive to overlooked corners and window tracks. Recently, however, service has deteriorated sharply: chronic lateness (averaging 35 minutes, sometimes over an hour), incomplete cleaning that customers must redo, staff resistance to redoing missed sections, and property damage with deflection rather than accountability. One long-term customer after two years stopped using them due to the accumulation. Customer service responses remain corporate and unresponsive to documented problems. The business claims 20+ years in operation and serves the Klang Valley. Newer five-star reviews (recent months) still describe excellent thorough work, suggesting inconsistency across technicians or a recent operational decline affecting some clients. Payment billing disputes and false upcharges have also been reported, compounding trust issues.
