Mixed ratings across a small review base. Positive reviewers praise quick response and customer service, though detail is limited; one-star and two-star ratings suggest service gaps for some customers.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most visits result in a smooth experience with knowledgeable staff and competitively priced home furnishings. One older review flagged rude service and poor listening from the owner and a staff member; the more recent bulk of feedback praises product quality, fast shipping, and patient help from team members like Angie.
Review evidence is limited. The business states it serves residential and commercial clients across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and surrounding areas, offering house cleaning, office cleaning, and furniture services. They claim membership in the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International and hold insurance and licensing.
Most recent bookings arrive on time with their own supplies and get reliable weekly or one-time cleans. Reviewers praise cleaners like Rina, Ika, and Selvia for attention to detail and care with delicate items. However, older complaints flagged slow management responses after damage, late arrivals on confirmed bookings, deep cleans done poorly with minimal equipment and training, and a serious payment processing incident. Their strongest reviews span three years of satisfied regulars; worst issues cluster around 1-2 years ago.
