Most customers find Cantika reliable and thorough, with staff who listen closely and tackle even forgotten corners. Multiple reviewers returned year after year, and several named specific cleaners (Olivier, Franz) as exceptionally professional. The Filipino cleaning teams drew particular praise for hard work and friendliness. Yet three one-star reviews flagged real concerns: quality dropping since they started using the service, staff responding rudely to cleaning instructions, and a booking agent making judgmental assumptions about a potential client's budget. These gaps suggest service varies by team or timing.
