Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
MyBagSpa has a 2-star average across 11 reviews, with 73 percent one or two-star ratings. Customers report damaged leather, poor stitching, and unfinished work after months of waiting. The business charges premium prices (RM450 to RM500 per service) yet denies responsibility when problems surface.
Review evidence is limited. Quiker.my operates from Bukit Bintang and claims to serve the Klang Valley with cleaning and six other services, though no review text is available to verify specific strengths or concerns.
Imperium Cleaners delivers thorough post-renovation work backed by strong staff discipline and real-time updates. The team routinely spots and flags contractor oversights, removes stains and polish marks most competitors miss, and finishes with a walkthrough. One complaint flagged surface-level work on hidden areas and pricing for the methods used, but 95% of reviews confirm the opposite.
