Most five-star reviews praise named cleaners like Marina, Suci, and Indah for thorough work and quick booking, but recent one-star complaints expose consistency gaps. Clients reported wrong cleaning chemicals used on furniture, dirty water reused, and missed areas requiring direct supervision, with the business citing customer preference communication rather than owning process failures. The business covers basic home cleaning, office and move-in services across Petaling Jaya and Segambut suburbs. Their strength lies in building loyalty with particular cleaners; their weakness is unpredictable quality when assignments change or training lapses occur.
