Most five-star reviews praise named cleaners like Marina, Suci, and Indah for thorough work and quick booking, but recent one-star complaints expose consistency gaps. Clients reported wrong cleaning chemicals used on furniture, dirty water reused, and missed areas requiring direct supervision, with the business citing customer preference communication rather than owning process failures.
The business covers basic home cleaning, office and move-in services across Petaling Jaya and Segambut suburbs. Their strength lies in building loyalty with particular cleaners; their weakness is unpredictable quality when assignments change or training lapses occur.
Two recent one-star reviews cite dirt left on floors and missed spots, contrasting sharply with older praise for speed and focus. Consistency concerns emerge: a post-reno job was treated as standard cleaning, with obvious areas like windows and doors left unfinished.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Five-star results dominate: reviewers report noticeably fresher fabrics, stubborn stains gone, and staff who show up on time and handle the work neatly. Repeat customers cite speed and fair prices as reasons they keep coming back.
