Most users praise punctual, detail-focused cleaning that leaves homes and offices visibly clean without needing supervision. However, a serious allegation of theft involving a diamond ring, combined with what the reviewer describes as staged video evidence and lack of accountability, significantly undermines trust despite the company's clean-up efforts and eventual ring return. The business handles routine residential and office jobs well, with named staff like Sean and Leka earning repeat bookings. Air conditioning service also appears reliable. The theft incident and how it was managed remain a critical concern for security-conscious clients.
