Pro Maids averages 2.3 stars across 19 reviews, with 63% rating them one or two stars. When the service arrives, some customers report satisfaction; most others describe no-shows, cancellations confirmed the day before, slow work, and homes left dirtier than the start. Trust and reliability are the core issues.
Most customers report no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or significant delays without warning. A few older reviews mention punctual service and friendly staff, but recent feedback shows inconsistent reliability, slow work, and management that does not respond to complaints or issues like damage to belongings.
