Most older reviews praise fast, detail-focused work and easy WhatsApp booking, but the two most recent complaints (last 5 months) flag poor communication, damage to furniture, and broken promises on follow-up cleaning. A strong track record appears undermined by recent lapses in staff accountability and customer follow-through.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Pak Sudin's operation delivers clean, fresh carpets at low cost and includes home pick-up and drop-off. A handful of older complaints about late collection and poor phone contact stand against a strong majority who praise attention to detail, friendly staff, and genuine care for customer needs. Most recent reviews confirm the service remains dependable and reasonably priced.
Most customers report thorough, quick cleaning that leaves homes looking new. Teams are friendly and professional, with pricing reviewers call fair and reasonable. One significant complaint: a cancellation at the last minute with no prior warning despite confirmation checks, which the reviewer felt showed poor accountability. For ongoing jobs, staff come back regularly and book easily. The owner responds quickly to enquiries, and most appointments go smoothly. That single no-show stood out as a major lapse in communication and professionalism.
Reviewers consistently praise absCuci for carpet and sofa results that clearly show dirt removal and restoration. Staff respond quickly to last-minute requests, explain their work readily, and charge fairly. Service extends from in-home cleaning to pickup-and-delivery for larger items like carpets and mattresses.
