Reviewers consistently report meticulous attention to detail, with staff arriving on time and tackling stubborn kitchen stains, post-renovation dust, and odors effectively. Teams clean corners and window frames thoroughly, treat homes with care, and complete jobs on schedule without causing stress or disruption.
Post-renovation cleaning earns specific praise for removing construction debris and paint stains in a single visit. Individual cleaners build lasting relationships with repeat clients, described as reliable, kind, and thorough across both residential deep cleans and regular maintenance.
Carpet Inn stands out for genuine expertise: the owner (Aslam Gauhar/Guahar) teaches customers about rug origins, materials, and craftsmanship rather than just selling. Reviewers praise the collection quality, fair pricing, and reliable shipping. One recent visitor found the shop closed repeatedly, though this conflicts with posted opening hours.
Reviewers consistently praise Wan and Ifan for thorough, professional floor work that delivers striking visual results. Marble and polished floors look noticeably better after service, with clients reporting easy communication and strong follow-up.
High-performing cleaners arrive on time and leave homes noticeably fresh, but administrative delays in scheduling confirmations, reminders, and invoicing frustrate customers. Management responsiveness appears to be the weak point against reliable field work.
