4.3(368)✓ Google-verified

Most users praise the platform's speed and the competence of staff sent out, with many noting quick responses and professional work on aircon and cleaning jobs. However, a vocal minority report serious gaps: support teams don't respond to complaints via WhatsApp or email, contractors sometimes don't show up or deliver incomplete work, and follow-up repairs fail within days or weeks. Payment issues (card rejections) and surprise charges after diagnosis further frustrate users who feel trapped with no way to escalate complaints.

Dirt Army @ The Gasket Alley - Shoes/caps/bags cleaning services

4.9(835)✓ Google-verified

Most customers walk out happy with shoes, caps and bags restored to near-new condition within days. The team spots problem areas upfront, sends photos during work, and responds quickly. One recent order fell short: shoes arrived late and visibly uncleaned, and the staff's first move was to dispute rather than fix it. Service quality is the main draw, backed by repeat visits and strong word-of-mouth. Staff members like Irfan are mentioned by name for their friendliness. Turnaround times matter here, so ask about your timeline upfront, especially if you have a deadline.
