Most bookings run smoothly: staff arrive on time, work methodically through stains and post-renovation grime, and leave homes noticeably cleaner. Reviewers consistently praise attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to take on short-notice jobs. One serious complaint involved a damaged sink, incomplete work on toilets and window grills, and defensive communication that soured the experience; the business declined further discussion. Staff named Amira and her team feature prominently in positive reviews for deep cleaning and post-renovation jobs. The service covers residential deep cleans, upholstery work, and renovation aftermath. Pricing is structured by square footage, hour count, and crew size, with post-renovation jobs typically running 4 to 7 hours.
