Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most reviewers report clean, fast work done by reliable staff at reasonable prices. Several book recurring weekly or twice-weekly service and stay on for months. One reviewer faced ignored WhatsApp messages and followed up multiple times without reply, raising concerns about inquiry handling despite praising on-site staff.
Customers consistently praise the quality of the wash and repair work, with most jobs completed within days. The owner's craftsmanship stands out; reviewers describe shoes and bags restored to near-new condition, even when damage seemed beyond repair, and staff often go the extra mile-replacing parts or working overtime without extra charge. Yixin specializes in shoe and bag cleaning and repair in Bandar Bukit Tinggi. Prices are described as reasonable throughout. Wait times typically run 1-2 days for cleaning, up to a month for complex repairs. The main trade-off is that one very negative review exists, though it remains an outlier against the 91% five-star rate.
Strong cleaners deliver meticulous work when they arrive on time, earning loyal repeat customers. The real issue is operational: staff frequently show up late or fail to appear entirely, calls go unanswered, and management does not respond to complaints. When things go right, the service is excellent; when scheduling falters, trust breaks down fast.
