What reviewers think

Seven Cool delivers quick, cheap laundry work when things go right: same-day dry cleaning, staff like Meera praised as genuinely warm, and prices well below the local norm (RM3.50 per kg). But recent service failures have soured the mix-orders missed entirely, promised pickup dates broken, rude responses when customers ask questions-leaving those who relied on them scrambling for alternatives.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Recent shift: Decline in reliability: older reviews (2-6 years old) consistently praised speed and friendliness; recent reviews (last year and 8 months ago) report missed orders, staff rudeness, and poor communication.
