Early five-star reviews praised thorough move-in cleaning and responsive staff, but the business's ratings collapsed. Recent reviews consistently report no replies to WhatsApp or booking app requests over weeks, accusations of scamming, and deletion of customer complaints from Facebook. Trust has broken down entirely.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Recent shift: Sentiment collapsed between 2017 and 2021. Early reviews (2017–2018) report quality work and responsiveness; from 2021 onward, every reviewable recent report accuses the business of non-responsiveness, booking failures, and scamming. The business appears to have stopped operating or ceased customer service entirely.
A launderette trusted for delicate and special-occasion garments, with staff who explain care options clearly and deliver consistently neat results within 2 days. The main drawback: one customer encountered conflicting price quotes from staff and owner, then faced unexpected charges they felt unfairly pushed onto them.
All 11 reviewers gave five stars. Work centres on post-renovation cleanup: dust removal from every surface, baseboards, windows, tracks, and appliances, with HEPA vacuums and safe products. Reviewers consistently noted punctuality, professionalism, clear communication from booking through completion, and willingness to tackle overlooked areas. The team (boss Lim and Mr Khang mentioned by name) earned praise for patience, attentiveness, and treating newly finished spaces with respect.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
