Early reviews praised the work quality, but recent complaints centre on poor phone contact. Limited recent evidence makes the current state uncertain.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One reviewer called the service the best recommendation, but another reported a full day on-site at a major facility with no worker payment settled and unsatisfactory work. Evidence is thin and drawn from only three reviews.
Crown Furniture & Carpets built their reputation on speed and personal service. One customer ordered a 350cm × 400cm custom carpet over WhatsApp and received it laid out by lunch; another had Mr Zee bring two carpet samples home to compare in their actual space. Staff consistently follow up after delivery, and reviewers praise both the product quality and the responsiveness of the team. Carpet selection runs from modern and Persian to wall-to-wall and tiles. Custom sizing is completed in days, not weeks. Service extends to furniture rearrangement during installation and post-purchase contact to ensure satisfaction.
All 13 reviews are five-star. Reviewers consistently praise fast response times, thorough cleaning work, and friendly staff. One customer noted mattress cleaning resolved dust allergies and sleep issues. Pricing is described as competitive, with customers often highlighting good value for the work done and willingness to rebook.
