Customers consistently praise the cleaners' work ethic and results. Most value their thoroughness, punctuality, and ability to clean without constant direction. Staff communicate well via WhatsApp and adapt to specific requests. One serious complaint from seven months ago detailed chronic late arrivals, no-shows, and rude customer service; no recent complaints of this kind appear in the sample. Pricing is described as affordable, especially attractive to working families and condo residents. Booking and payment are straightforward, with some customers paying after service completion. Reviewers consistently return to a small group of named technicians-Icad, Naim, and Cad-who show up on time and work with visible care. Staff explain their process before and after, spot dirt in corners homeowners miss, and handle fabrics (sofas, mattresses, curtains) with attention to the finish. A few note the price is reasonable for the thoroughness delivered and the time spent on each job. Sofa and mattress cleaning dominate the feedback, with steaming and scent treatment mentioned. Some customers have used them for move-in cleans and applaud the responsiveness and willingness to tackle extra stains. The consistency of praise for the same individuals suggests the business succeeds through the skill and personality of its core team.
