Mr Tan and the MAV team earn consistent five-star reviews for property transactions, tenant sourcing, and rental management. Reviewers highlight responsiveness, honesty, and willingness to resolve issues like faulty appliances directly with owners.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One long-term customer praises their weekly cleaner as efficient and friendly, with straightforward WhatsApp booking. Another reported a Friday cancellation with no response when trying to reschedule, though evidence is limited to three reviews.
Staff arrive on time and work methodically through sofa, mattress, and carpet jobs with visible results; one technician (Mohd Alif) kept an appointment despite a personal accident that morning, setting a tone for dedication reviewers value. Pricing is straightforward, scheduling fits around office hours, and the team cleans up after themselves, leaving spaces neat. Minor complaints do not surface in recent feedback.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
