Most recent reviewers report positive experiences with staff and consistent service, but an older complaint details two no-shows for door-to-door cleaning, including a missed appointment despite confirmation. Current sentiment appears stronger, though appointment reliability remains a concern worth checking before booking.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Most customers leave deeply satisfied with the car interior cleaning: seats come out spotless, staff prove attentive, and the work costs less than competitors charge. However, a few have hit friction over quoted prices changing at the counter, water left in fabrics after deep cleans, and the lack of receipts that e-hailing drivers need for expense claims. Staff are noted as polite and helpful across the majority of visits. The shop operates in Taman Cheras Utama and draws repeat bookings, though the owner is often absent during service hours.
