What reviewers think

Most bookings go smoothly, with cleaners arriving on time, working efficiently, and leaving homes spotless. Staff like Dhea and Vijay are frequently named for their politeness and initiative. However, a small fraction of customers experienced significant frustration: missed appointments without explanation, ignored calls and messages despite online availability, and broken promises to reschedule or visit for assessments. The pattern suggests operational inconsistency rather than poor cleaning quality.
