Which should you pick?

Pick Alphakleen Professional Sofa & Carpet Upholstery Cleaning if

You want a quoted, competitive price and a fast same-day turnaround on a single sofa or carpet
You value an IICRC-certified crew as a specific credential
Your job is small and you can tolerate slower follow-up if a quote needs revisiting

Pick Abdel Cuci if

You're booking multiple items at once (sofa, mattress, curtains) and want it done in one visit
Punctual arrival and smooth communication matter more to you than a certification badge
You want a track record of repeat customers with no complaints about follow-through

Verdict

Pick based on how complex your job is, not the headline score. Alphakleen suits a straightforward, single-item clean where you want a fast quote and a certified crew, but its own complaints point to friction on follow-up for smaller or newer jobs. Abdel Cuci fits better if you're bundling several pieces into one visit and want punctual, low-friction service backed by a steadier sentiment score. For most multi-item carpet and upholstery jobs, Abdel Cuci is the safer bet on consistency, while Alphakleen remains a solid choice if certification and price transparency top your list.
